Recruitment Campaign: Department of media and communication, University of Oslo
In this campaign the goal was to increase the number of applicants to the departments educational programmes (yearly unit, BA and MA). For this project I did the recording, editing and some of the posting of the videos. All videos where posted on the departments Facebook and YouTube pages, with some being sponsored to be shown for a targeted audience.
The results of the project where a 48% increase in number of applicants with 1st priority to the BA-programme, and an increase in the grade average amongst the applicants by 3,2 points (from 46,8 to 50). The project where completed by using the departments available resources, and though using humble equipment I think we managed to get some good results. The increase in grade average was the biggest of all media/communication educational programmes in Norway in 2018.
